ABOUT CONNECTION, BREATHING, AND THE SPECIALTY OF MKIZ

MKiz is a new approach, new style and methodology for dancing and learning Kizomba Fusion. The years of extensive dance practice and teaching experience have provided me with a new perspective of dance and this is how the MKiz methodology was born.

MKiz is about clarity and consciousness, being a solid starting point for development of any Kizomba dance style, such as Urban Kiz, Kizomba, and Tarraxo.
MKiz also offers the opportunity to explore spiritual techniques, to understand your body, and to enhance connection with yourself and your partner.

As you may have seen on my dance demos, MKIZ can be danced with a variety of music genres, including Ghetto Zouk, Pop, Hip Hop, Lofi Afrobeat, etc.

In the MKiz learning program, we will cover all the essential elements in a straightforward manner, building a strong and important foundation for you. We will focus on the techniques needed for every dance style, including musicality, body control, meditation, and a touch of Tantra to help us understand and develop our body and energy in dance.

The educational system operates as follows: after watching each video class, the next class becomes available. You progress through the classes sequentially and then take an exam, submitting a video to me. Upon completion, you can proceed to the next season.
You'll have the opportunity to participate in weekly online sessions to ask me any questions you may have. Additionally, recorded videos of these sessions will be accessible to you in case you're unable to attend live.

MKIZ program consists of 5 blocks

The program is structured into 5 seasons, each containing several video classes for each block.
Once you complete the first season, you'll gain access to detailed information about the next season.
